Dear RAF - if you look at the demographics of the UK, most the indigenous population is white and males are more likely to pass the physical tests and have more stamina to endure the physical demands of active service. I think you’ve missed a massive target audience of potential recruits that will not expect a gap year and flexitime if they become pregnant!
