Can you share more new house inside the city area, no need that big in size.

Yes, impressive, wallmounted a/c? Seriosly? That is a huge mistake. Also wallmounted waterheaters in the showers, another huge mistake. The decorations are over the top. This appeals to the the Russian, asian and the middle east buyers, so you lose out on a huge buyerpool.
