Damn finally someone who teaches the details, mine always comes out way to big bubbly, makes sense that that’s more of a science to it

That actually helped me. I’ve seen a bunch of these but they never seem to actually help. This did.

I’ve had mine for the last ten years and it’s been a solid success. This brand delivers it .

You want that initial aeration to be a sort of paper tearing sound -- minimize the glurp noises, which mean your introducing large bubbles

I would get rid of that hopper, and put one of those aftermarket screw-in inserts with a bellows lid. That grinder retains a lot for single-dosing.

I'm struggling to get this part so keen to try your technique. I have a Bambino but I just can't get the foam to be silky like that. I either get too much heavy foam or no foam at all. Everyone says different times for adding air but I have quite nailed it yet, so hoping these techniques help!

I mean... the first 15 seconds thing is specifically for this machine and specifically for that exact pitcher. id say its more helpful to just stretch until the milk has reached the temp of your hand. then stop stretching and start breaking up the bubbles

Thank you so much for making this video. I recently took delivery of my new espresso machine and suddenly remembered I'm 💩 at frothing milk.
Now I'm frothing like a champ (no artistic creations) and I am thinking of investing in a cow for extra milk.😂

A barista I know also smacks the finished milk very hard down to the table, with a hand covering the top, to get the remaining bubbles out

Thank you for the information, what kind of expresso machine do you use?

We have the barista touch, so to my understanding, you just set the milk pitcher onto the tray and let the frother do its work. Or can you still manually froth like you are doing here with this model? With the Touch, I don’t think our milk turns out with the texture you’re showing here 😅

This is a very good explanation. The best to date. An additional question, what is your measurement of coffee for a double shot of espresso?

It looks beautiful! What kind of milk did you use? I watched several videos on youtube & used whole milk but couldn’t get it perfectly the way you did! I’m struggling!😢
