In part 2 I'm collecting the pollen after a few days. It's always fun looking at the different colors and seeing what the bees are getting into.

I also mention my upcoming speaking engagement at the TBA South Middle TN regional event on 9/10/22.

It is amazing how much pollen they can bring in. I re-screened mine with actual window screening much less sticks to the plastic screening. Ty for sharing Gus, Blessed Days...

Another great video. But this is the first time I've seen you in just a jacket.

Thanks! Some good looking pollen. Interesting on how maybe just hive direction affects what the bees collect.

Do the age of the bees collecting the pollen have something to do with how far they can go to gather, thus the pollen source?

Could the orientation of the hive be changing their main time of foraging and thus what they are foraging on? I know something like buckwheat is only foraged on at certain times of the day. Just a slightly educated guess

Why not use a solid bottom on the trap?

How do you dry it? Or do you sell it as 'wet' pollen?
