Please y'all I'm telling you I tried to get shredded during covid at home and eventually lost my periods also stress played a very big role in my life, just recently in 2024 I'm getting my regular periods again once I've put on weight and started eating more like fats and all . Eventually with age I've understood that my periods is far more important than being skinny/shredded. Female body is so complex that it's very normal to fall into rabbit hole of workouts and trends and 'perfect figure' without proper understanding so please please please be careful . During the time when I didn't get any periods, I eventually gained a lot of unhealthy amount of weight, fatigue, low iron level, mood swings, depression and all sort of negative things. I never ever want to face anyone this hell. Please please please girls EAT the damn food and regulate your stress levels and please take care of yourself.

Thank you for sharing. I feel like people listen to you more because you’re closer to the standard of beauty that’s marketed everywhere. That’s not a bad thing but it helps knowing that this mindset can affect everyone.

I’ve been in a bad place mentally and that affects how I eat, sleep, and spend time with my loved ones. I’ve been lashing out and I recognize that I need to focus on myself and implementing better habits. I don’t want to push the people I love away any more than I have.

I think this is so true. I resigned from my job like a month ago because I needed a break for some time. And I've been staying at home scrolling my phone almost the entire day and I'm trying to lose weight with intermittent fasting in the meantime. And I've begun to feel so weak for about 2 weeks now. I feel so unmotivated and tired all the time. It's very frustrating. And oh, I get food cravings and eat a lot of carbs and sweets sometimes. I think I have to change all of this and live a healthier life. I've also missed my period. I wonder how some people find intermittent fasting very good. Maybe it's not for everybody. Anyway thank you for sharing this with us. I love your videos a lot! ❤
