This Peruvian side is one of the worst I've seen in years. They're missing so many players like Trauco, Tapia, and Lapadula, while veterans like Rudiaz, Carrilo, Yotun, Cueva, and Peru's all-time top goalscorer Guerrero have stepped down. There's no excuse for Uruguay to lose, even if Suarez is no longer playing.

Suarez definitely did some damage in the locker room, but I think we cannot reach conclusions with just 1 game with an almost full squad. We'll see how Uruguay will play vs Ecuador in a few days and then vs Colombia and Brazil. Really tough games coming up in the next few months!
