If you look in the background at 0:55, Mindy Kaling is laughing with Rain Wilson. Couple of seconds later she switches back to being Kelly Kapoor. Also Jenna Fisher is trying to hold onto her character at that moment. I can't blame them it's too hysterical to keep a straight face.
