He shouldn't be smiling and giggling through this like a school girl. Show some respect. Condolences to the family & RIP to the brave crewman.

Weird to be smiling during an interview where someone has died. Far too flippant.

It was a Merlin Mk.4 operating from RNAS Yeovilton. The image shows a Merlin Mk.2. No moon and dark in the channel last evening. Condolences to all involved.

if only sky news were as interested in people being imprisoned for Facebook posts as they are for people who have tragically died through something that is an occupational hazard

Fun fact, this is the second aircraft this carrier has lost at sea, it previously lost an f 35 at sea. How many times has it broken down? How much did it cost? Has it ever been in service and not just in ports for photo-ops?

Thank goodness it had nothing to do with the battering Ukraine is being given by Moscow for refusing to comply with UNSC 2202.

It is a crying shame that all the RNLI and Coast Guard boats were helping the rubber dingies across safely. The services that were supposed to be there for them were not there for them when they were needed the most
