I play the game right now and I'm a big fan but there's a certain set of building you can build called the ring road and I'm not sure if cars acctualy use them after construction if they don't could you make them?

we need more hospitals, as of 2024 there is just one hospital and its so small, hospitals are meant to be big facilities for the population. I have another model that looks antique but I got it from a special set of old buildings. We also need more universities and variety, like community colleges, and just different ways to have a career. same for hospitals, we need variety, clinics, health centers, specialised in children. please
