I wish more people on YouTube had your style when it comes to explaining things. I am not very tech savvy, and i am a total noob at NAS drives of any kind at all. Thanks mate. I use to had my Plex server, (8x4TB) in windows server 2019, until I suffered a ransomware attack. I lost 25% of the data. My bad. I tried with ubuntu server until I see freenas, any advice with the security in freenas to prevent a future attack? I will follow your guide. Thanks for your time to upload the video. Good evening Sir. There was a power interruption where I live and since then I have not been able to access my storage, thought the system does reboot and notifies me via email if I reboot it. Googling around and reading suggests that my problem is unlikely to be hardware, I just need to "rebuild the database". First, do you agree? second, is there a video that can help me do that? third, will I lose any data already on the server? I am not familiar with FReeNAS at all, a friend built this for me.

🤔🤔let me ask a hypothetical question what if perhaps my computer say CPU burned out💥🔥☠️ or🕴️🕴️ spies🔫 shot my computer 💻or whatever happens to it that I can nolonger use the actual terminal🖥️💾 I set the system up on 😔😔 can I take my secondary internal drives💽💽 that I've been saving my information to out and use a hard drive reader ️on another computer 💻to access the information so I don't lose anyting.please let me know if this is possible cuz I've been thinking about using this system at home but I don't want to risk losing any more information like I have in the past...
