Thanks for sharing and all the information Brett! We've been to several coffee shops in NYC and have appreciated the care and details that go into the coffee from the likes of Sey Coffee, Devocion, and La Cabra to name a few, but 10000 is a coffee shop we haven't really heard of, so it's good to be introduced to it, thank you 😎
