You would become spaghettified and lose vision if you got too near to one of these monstrosities. However, you would be secure if you were far enough away from it. All the planets would continue to revolve as if nothing had occurred, even if a black hole of comparable mass were to replace our Sun at the center of our solar system. However, things would become quite gloomy.
