'They have no conscience': Detroit driver runs over biker, posts video

A man on a bike was suddenly hit from behind in what police say was an intentional act. The bicyclist’s shoes were still at the scene on Monday. He was knocked off the bike and out of his shoes. According to police, both of his legs were broken.
