Tropical Storm Isaias on track to make landfall, possibly as hurricane

Tropical Storm Isaias is getting better organized, and the National Hurricane Center is forecasting it to regain hurricane strength in the few hours before it's expected to make landfall near the South Carolina/North Carolina line Monday evening.
