I'm not going to get a switch, but for your information: It costs $300 USD and is "Not Available" at Amazon USA, which was supposed to be a pre-order store in the US.

i did pre-order the neon switch at a local gamestop, i think the price for the console itself is ok, but the prices for things like extra joycons, regular controllers, and other launch accessories, is a little crazy.

I preordered the system on Amazon US, the system, a set of 2 blue Joycons, 1-2 Switch, and Zelda Breath of the Wild Master Edition. I'm spending a lot of money but I do think it'll all be worth it.

I pre-ordered mine here in the US from Best Buy..they will be doing a midnight opening for those that want to pick it up then (which I will)....as far as pre-ordering anything else, I haven't done it yet, but I still got the rest of this month and all of next month to make up my mind on what I want...I typically buy the console first and then go from there (download a few demos that are available then make my purchase from there). I am also not all that excited about Zelda but I am kind of tempted to get it....

My guess is that the physical games may come on game cards similar to the ones used for the (3)DS, or probably a different shape of game card. Of course, there will most likely also be the eShop with digital downloads.

I did import a British copy of LEGO Harry Potter Collection thank goodness the Nintendo Switch is region free so it doesn’t matter where I get my games from
