seeing meelo always made me a little sad because i imagine this is what aang would have been like if he hadnt had all the pressure of being the avatar put on him from such a young age. just a kind, goofball having the time of his life with his bison and lemur.

I love Meelo lol. He matures while still remaining Meelo. He's definitely top 5 favorite TLOK characters. Gotta respect the creator and master of Fart Bending and his unstoppable Lemur Army!

Although Meelo is an annoying goofball he is actually one of the strongest and most skilled airbenders there is, both inventing "Fartbending" and taking down multiple Chi-blockers (that even Korra struggled with) when he was only 5. He then went on to become an instructor at age 6 and was basically a master by the age of 9, which would probably make him the youngest airbending master ever.
He is also an incredible artist, and wants to build a powerful airbender army (which has never existed, as the air nomads have always been peaceful).
