Sir.. as section 12 (1) says High Court shall appoint judicial Magistrate of First class to be Chief Judicial Magistrate but sir section 29 has confined their sentencing power as per position. Sir if Magistrate of first class be appointed as CJM what will be his sentencing power 1 year of first class mag or 7 year of CJM . Please sir clear the confusion.

Sir it means, har district m 1 chief judicial magistrate hoga ?? Ya har magistrate court m 1 chief judicial magistrate hoga .
