This video was the only video that worked. I went the wall controller programming route.

1. If you guys have wall controllers in your garage with a learn button, press II and III until the red light comes on.
2. Press and release the button you wanna program once for yellow, 3 for red, and so forth as it shows on your manual.
3. Press and release any other button to make the red light disappear on the remote controller.
4. When the light disappears from your remote controller, press and hold the button you're programming (do not release the button until I tell you later in this summary), then press learn on the wall controller.
5. Let the wall controller blink for like 3-5 seconds, then press and release the wall learn button twice (you should hear two clicks or see your garage light turn on/off).

Now you can release the button you're programming. It should work now.

Make sure to try different colors if it doesn’t work. The learner color for my gfs parents garage door was orange but turned out to only respond to purple 💀

I have a genie pro stealth and it doesn't not connect. My button is black, I have tried every combination and it doesn't work
