Dude... that still doesn't make you half Irish. Even if you have dual citizenship, that makes you an Irish citizen but not half Irish. It makes you Irish in the since that you're a citizen but that's not half... that makes you a full citizen but not ethnically or culturally Irish because you are not from there and neither are your parents

You are only half or quarter Irish if one of your family members is. My nana was Irish and from LondonDerry (on my mum's side) so i can qualify for an Irish passport as my mum is half Irish and I am quarter..
