7News took a closer look at the Memorandum of Investigation that Montgomery County's Inspector General sent to the interim superintendent last month.
The document dated June 24 explains that earlier this year, Montgomery County Public Schools paid for crisis management and communications services to help manage inquiries about the school district's handling of misconduct allegations against former middle school principal Dr. Joel Beidleman.
