I have my favorite nootropics after 12-years of trial and error. And chances are that what works for me may work well for you too. The nootropics I’m talking about in this video are part of the stack I'm using every day in 2019.

In this video you'll learn how I distill my brain hacking goals down into 5 general categories. Then look for the best nootropic supplement to address each one.

We'll talk about nootropics that will assist you in decision-making, focus, flow state, learning & memory, anxiety & depression, energy & motivation, and brain repair.

Put them together and we have an affordable, well-rounded nootropic stack to help us perform our absolute best in 2019.

My hope is by watching this video, you'll get some ideas on improving your own nootropic stack this year. And make 2019 your best year ever!

Dear David,
I am really learning a lot from your videos and I watched them all and shared them, you are a legend and not only you knowledge but the communication and you personality make you one of a kind.

just want to mention something, you maybe forget to mention when you talked about Turmeric, I am certainly sure you forget to mention that Curcumin has been confirmed to exhibit very poor bioavailability, with many studies showing very low, or even undetectable, concentrations in blood and extraintestinal tissue. Major reasons postulated are due to its poor absorption, rapid metabolism. I personally use it with black pepper to increase its bioavailability .
I have links to many studies if you want me to share.

I hope you are safe and have great day
Huge respect to you and many thanks for sharing your extraordinary knowledge.
Best regards
Mourad
