DDM4V7s can be had for less than $1600, so considering that if you compare apples to apples, stock guns, the KAC is about 1000 dollars more, you're really paying for their proprietary enhanced bolt/extractor, that's what you are paying for at the end of the day.

PSA with several different uppers works fine for me...at 1/3 the cost of either of these "boutique" firearms!

Knights, really a buy once cry once. Got a sr15 14.5 upper on a aero lower as my first gun and havent gotten rid of it yet.

The Daniel we had for rent at the range I used to work at was an absolute workhorse. Probably a million rounds through it at least with no problems. Gotta give them props.

Between these 2 Knight's Armament is more overrated, but I'd take it over the DD😂

BCM Barrel, BCM BCG, BCM Stock, BCM Pistol Grip, ALG or LaRue 4 LB Trigger, and then everything else of your choice. For half the money I’d still get just as quality an AR-15 and it has an Optic, Sling, and Iron Sights, and Light.

I own both. I prefer the KAC, however, the DDM4V7 is no slouch.

I feel like any AR over 1500 is probably overrated. The 5.56 round itself is limited to max 600 yd accuracy although you don't have much energy left at that point. There are plenty good rifles for 800-1100.

Question. Can you put a kac sr15 lower on a ddm4 upper? My curiosity is peaked. Especially with that ambi control.
