Beyonce is actually underrated. Yall slept on The Gift. Then she one up'd herself with Renaissance which is rated a 9 on Pitchfork, which is her highest rated album on the site(Aside from the Homecoming Live album rated at 9.3). She's actually growing as an artist but people are sleeping on that. Considering that Homecoming is her highest rated album on Pitchfork and it is Googles most searched performance of all time, clearly her strength is performance. That should be what we value most in the music industry imo. Artists make the bulk of their money on tour so Beyonce is putting that work in giving us our money's worth. Check out the Reniassance movie, she is writer, director, she is hugely involved in even the smallest aspects of the tour production. I say again, Beyonce is underrated.
