Even the unmarked cruisers can be identified as police vehicles if you're fairly observant and paying attention to your surroundings. That guy sure as heck wasn't either one.

I'm just glad that those plates were concealed. Thanks. Because you know people drive around, park, and operate their vehicles, IN PLAIN PUBLIC VIEW every single day for the world to see. Glad these two vehicles were safe from that though.

That sucks lol Similar thing happened to me once in the city. The arrows went green but my light was still red and the cars that started moving next to me tricked my perception into thinking I should be going. I only went forward a couple feet before realizing and stopping in the middle of crosswalk, Then I had a bunch of angry New Yorkers walking around my car screaming “A-Hole” at me while I stuck my head out the window and yelled back “OOPPPSS”.

Randomly stumble upon this video and whole time I’m thinking “ this place looks similar to a place I know” then I really focus on the surroundings and realize hey this is Chantilly!

When I'm turning left on a solid green, once the light switch to red, I wait for the oncoming vehicle to make a full stop before I make my turn, because I know that there are lots of drivers who always try to beat the red light.

By my state law at least, this driver technically already violated the Disregard Official Signal law when they rolled over the stop line while it was red. 😉 I only gave one ticket for that (and there were other reasons why he needed that ticket, any ticket 😛 ). Glad they f'ed up and ultimately got boned anyway. 😁 (Full disclosure: I accidentally jumped a light like that once... in a Police car. Yeah, everyone thinks cops do it all day, every day (and sometimes they have justifiable reason to do it but people don't realize it)... but I actually felt guilty for doing it (without good reason). No Police Officer should ever sully the image or integrity of Law Enforcement, especially for citizens to see.)
