Thompson said, “You don’t need to say what a wonderful body. What you really need not to do is waste your time, your energy, your passion, your purpose in life thinking you’ve got to make it different.”

Yes to body positivity! I used be very self conscious about “showing too much”, and I eat right and exercise. Then, I went to a clothing optional resort. I saw the largest people flaunt themselves proudly. My body image issues went out the window at that point. At 65 I am proud of my body and what it can do. I am no longer afraid to show myself.
