Apple iPad Pro hard reset rebooting the System at fail function DIY

Device:

If the iPad Pro does not have any function, then use the hard reset function for fixing this problem first.
Press and hold the ON/OFF button and the Home button for 10 Seconds, after this the device will reboot.

Uhhh I did everything he did I let it power off twice or what ever he did and now it’s saying I have to plug it in my laptop? You can do that?!?! Any way I’ll have to wait tomorrow to edit this to see if it really works but anyway thx this helped a bit
