Police arrest suspect involved in deadly confrontation in Kapolei

Police are investigating a fatal pedestrian motor vehicle collision that occurred in Kapolei early Friday morning. A 41-year-old Pearl City man has been arrested for his alleged involvement in the hit-and-run collision.

This is a weird story, and I'm not sure if I understand it correctly. So there were two coworkers arguing with one another, but the friend of the younger coworker accidentally killed his friend and drove off before being arrested. This story sounds bizarre.
