Ingredients
2 cups elderberry syrup
2 cups water or apple juice
3 tbsp honey
5 tbsp gelatin

Directions
1) Add your elderberry syrup and water to a pot and sprinkle gelatin on top.
2) Let your gelatin bloom for 5 minutes, and then whisk until everything is combined.
3) Turn on medium heat until you see a little steam.
4)Turn off heat and add in your honey.
5)Pour into your molds and then put them into the fridge for a couple of hours.
6)Pop out of molds and enjoy! 😊
