I’m diabetic and have been searching for a pasta alternative. I love these things and don’t feel like I’m missing out on anything. If anything I actually like it even more than pasta. The key is to fry them and get some of the moisture out. I use grass fed butter. Happily enjoying these and no longer taking medications for diabetes and have controlled blood sugar.

I've veen using palm hearts for quite awhile, heart of palm is very common in Hispanic grocery stores so when they came out with palm noodles, I decided to try them out and yes I like them better than the zucchini noodles and the shirataki noodles, especially since the shirataki noodles cars may stomach distress.

You can buy palm hearts in a can or jar that come in long pieces or sliced AKA salad style.

Palm hearts can be used to substitute potatoes, sliced palm hearts are about the size of canned sliced white potatoes but more denser, I cooked them in seasoning to get out the little bit of bamboo flavor, I've even used them in mock potato salad and tuna salad.

I've used them as potato substitute when making a pot roast, I just drain and rinse and put the slices or cut the whole ones into chunks and let them slow cook and absorb the flavor of the meat and other vegetables without them disintegrating.

Palm hearts are a very versatile substitute once you prepare it correctly.

I have tried sheritoki noodles and other substitutes - but Palmini is hands down that absolute best. I have been using it since it came out. I made a keto version of shrimp alfredo with it and no one even knew that they weren't real pasta noodles. I've just rec'd the Palmini rice and am going to make Risotto, and rice pudding with it - can't wait! ty for doing this review on Palmini!

I actually just used them an hour ago on a recommendation from a friend on a pasta substitute. I mixed into my shrimp, bokchoy dish.omg it was so good. I don’t need to loose weight but I have to eat fewer carbs due to prediabetise.

Yes, this Palmini noodle is great. Best practice is to boil 8 minutes, drain, pan fry in some oil for 3 to 5 minutes to evaporate some water, sauce, refrigerate and eat the next day. Perfect.

Konjac and hearts of palm noodles are excellent. I like the thin Konjac noodles as a low carb ramen noodle in Asian cuisine. The hearts of palm noodles are bit more like pasta and great with tomato sauce dishes.

I LOVE Palmini linguine (did you know this was a Shark Tank invention?). I pan toss with marinara, garlic powder, onion powder, sea salt, parmesan, and red pepper flakes and drizzle some EVOO. It was the most delicious, perfect lunch. It's kind of better than real pasta because you don't feel like taking a nap afterward. Again, super satisfying and the noodles easily take on any flavor you decide upon. 5 stars. The Sharks who said no to this aren't very bright.

I made them tonight- they are hard to find. I fried them in butter and added home-made marinara with sausage. Put them in a casserole dish and covered with mozzarella cheese and Parmesan. Baked until bubbly- was really good. xo

I tried Palmini Noodles this evening. I simmered my favorite tomato gravy with onion, oregano and lots of fresh garlic. Into the gravy I added two chunked slices of turkey spam and then the Palmini angel hair noodles which I had rinsed and cut in quarters. I'm still smiling from the results. Delicious flavor and al dente texture. My only concern is that I was tempted to eat the whole package. I'll be using Palmini from now on. They don't even stink like Shirataki noodles. Nice! I can't wait to sample them in other recipes.

Excellent video, thank you! I bought some recently so this helps me a lot to know how to prepare. I love the idea of making this a series type of video. Although, that makes your suggestion of using margarine a bit shocking!

My nutritionist recommended to me. I ate it for the first time and I really like it. Added with marinara sauce and some seasonings with some turkey meatballs. ❤ I will boil it next time

Based on your review I’ll give it a try. Trying to lower blood sugar, and being Italian, past is a menu must. I’ve subscribed and will check in from time to time.
