When I felt my worst with PTSD, depression and severe anxiety I would listen to your videos for hours on end to try control my panic attacks- I would be in and out of sleep listening to your videos over and over, dosed up with sedatives to keep myself calm.

Thankfully I haven’t relapsed for a long time but I just came across your channel by chance and thought I’d leave a comment to thank you for getting me through some extremely challenging times, there’s no one out there as good as you Emma! 🤍 Maybe one day I can return the favour and you can come to my home based salon for a relaxing holistic therapy.
