You just know someone loved that place, and spent a lot of hours during the year daydreaming about coming back to it. Time moves on, and so do we. Wonder if they’ll ever see it again.

No way! I used to have those same bird/butterfly/insect/plant id posters from Smokey the bear! Got em from school ....awesome charts of eastern nature!

Nice of you to go back, I re-watched your older video and tried to stop the difference with anything that had been touched or moved -  though I couldn't really spot anything... Would be interesting if someone else had found it, you should leave a note with a pad and pen and see if anyone writes anything :)

this is so cool, and I just read in the comments that it's in Canada, I honestly never knew Canada had places like this. It's really interesting to me, especially because I've never heard of or seen something like this where I'm from. You should definitely go back! see if anything has changed.

Probably someone's old hunting cabin. Maybe the grandfather passed away and it was forgotten about.

I have one on my land, my little get away and plan B when the grid goes down.

Wouldn't take a few guys more than a week to shape this place up

Way cool .
I wish it was near me . i would try to find who ownes it and gaat permision
to fix it up and use it as a hunting and trapping cabin, the owner might agerr to that
insted of it just rotting away .
After evicting the mice of course .

I would quite happily live here, maybe fix the extension though, looks a bit precarious. Glad you're still doing videos, just caught up on them all, even my misses was watching them with me the other night!

Weird, it looks like it was well used and loved. It's got a great 50's style feeling to the outside of it, and inside it has stuff from every decade up until about the 90s. Tons of chairs meaning tons of people needed space to sit. The beds are all made, the stuff inside is fairly orderly, nice curtains etc. Wonder what happened? I'd imagine even if the patriarch of the family passed away his children would want to go out there to hunt/get away from it all.

this is the second time I've seen someone explore this place. So sad no one takes care of it, it's very unique.

amazing place thanks for sharing. It could be put to good use. Sad that sits empty almost perfect.

They left personal items in that plastic storage container. Odd they never came back for their stuff.

Sad seeing it like that somehow; if the old place could talk I bet we'd hear some stories.

Looks like the basic structure is still intact.

That thing could be easily brought back. Even the stove looks good.a generator, some tools and some cleaning, fix er right up.

Cool stuff! I live in southwestern Nova Scotia and I also have a fond interest in rundown cabins and whatnot.
