This reminds me of this one conversation I had with my friend over text. We were talking about these people that hate me and I said it was fine. She said that it wasn't and I said "really I can see reason to why they hate me" she asked me to give two true reasons. I tried to, but she said for each one that it either wasn't true or wasn't valid. It really made my day :D

I love the way you present psychological struggles as so normal and give practical tips we apply. As a teacher I can’t force parents to take their child for therapy but at least I’m these small ways I can make a difference.

This is something I kind of do in my head, minus the rating system. If I have an anxious thought, I try to challenge it with "But what if it doesn't happen?" or "Why do you think that?" Sometimes I try to make it more postive with "What if it actually turns out great?" My anxiety is usually about things that could happen. I also try and remind myself that worrying about tomorrow is only wasting a good day today

This actually helps. I have tried it. I hope really people who suffer from anxiety, do seek help and hence a solution. 😃😃

Thank you for this helpful tips. I'm very anxious right now for the same thing happened last year. At least with this tips, I can see that my family might be more compassionate towards me as it happens to all of us now!

I don't really struggle with anxious thoughts, they actually come quite easily.

I like that you give concrete advice in how to change your way of thinking. I'm so used to therapists giving generic minimal advice after I've spent over $100 an hour on them, so I've just stopped going.
