I’m uyghur, in our country we eat everything from lamb. It’s all beneficial we don’t waste anything. My grandma use to make lamb head soup for me every holiday, we would sacrifice a lamb to feed the whole family. Best memories of my childhood. It’s been 12 years now I haven’t had lamb head soup but I still remember how tender and delicious it was. ❤

I once had the flue, felt bad, was real sick, felt like i going to die. A turkish friend of mine said, i bring you something, but i don´t say what it is. So he brought that soup, i ate it and it was super good and delicious. The next day i felt like new born, no flue, no sick, nothing.
I´ts like a magical medicine and delicious too.
