A less drastic cold therapy method is to turn the shower to completely cold (will be less than 70 degrees in the winter in many locations) for 1 minute at the end of your shower.

I think one of the biggest problems when people eats is not knowing how must 'actual food' to eat when it comes to macros. You mentioned protein as an example - the weight of, say chicken, is not the weight of protein from that chicken. Same for beef, turkey, lamb etc.

I would not suggest adding lean meats. Fatty red meats have *plenty* of protein.

I have a question. I’m doing carnivore eating zero carbs not on any medication. My blood sugar is like 7 mmol in the morning. And not in ketosis thinking I’m insulin resistance . Back story was 307 at one time had diabetes and on 3 different needles and 4 different pills then had gastric bypass got off everything got down to 182 8 years later weight creep up to 226 then did keto and now carnivore.
