James Franco wins a Golden Globe for ‘The Disaster Artist’

James Franco took home the Golden Globe for best actor in a comedy or musical for his film, ‘The Disaster Artist.’ And as promised, he did not come up to the stage alone. Instead, he brought his brother, Dave Franco, and the inspiration for his film, Tommy Wizzo. To honor Tommy, he even included a quote from 19 years back that Tommy said about the famous Award Ceremony. Take a listen.

Tommy finally made it to the Golden Globes, and I don’t know about you guys, but I love how this story came full circle. As you may know, ‘The Disaster Artist’ is actually a film about Tommy Wizzo making his film, ‘The Room’ or as you may know it better, the best worst movie ever made.

Not only did James go on to thank all of his friends in the film industry, including his longest friend in entertainment, Seth Rogan, but he also took a moment to thank his younger brother, and guys, it was pretty adorable. Take a look.
