I also got it in the mail a few days ago. It's really good. I just noticed you're supposed to take a tablespoon three times a day

Hey Amber, great video, I was wondering if you happen to know of any other olive oils with similar polyphenols, oleic acid, etc.? Just trying to see if there is something cheaper with similar specs. I am also curious if it's bad that Blueprint's EVOO is not organic.

It's a good EVOO for sure but if you ever want to try a single variety I'd recommend an olive variety that originated and is grown in Italy called Coratina. Look it up. It's an incredible olive that produces a very intense and super peppery EVOO. And so a good indication of high levels of polyphenols for health. I'm pretty sure they grow it in the states too, maybe in California itself. I love the strong herbal smell as well from it. It's my favourite kind of olive for producing EVOO. Cornicabra and Koroneiki I like too but not as much as Coratina.

I just got my first bottle also. LOVE IT! Your supposed to eat it with food. You dont have to drink it on its own lol
