Olivia Benson discovers that a case involving a troubled foster child is tied to a cold rape case from her past, and it could be the missing link that could help catch a serial rapist.

I knew it was the dad immediately. He was just too relaxed around a rage fueled kid and the foster mom was too angry. The only reason anybody would be so tolerant is if A- the kid was their’s, and B- they internally understood why the kid had so much rage.
