I love Fuji Colors but hate color grading Sony a7S iii footage... luckily I found a great a LUT pack to convert S-LOG2 to Fujifilm colors. In this video I want to share it with you.

What's your color grading process for the Sony a7S iii?

Thanks a lot for your review! The colors for the Sony were sampled using an A6300, that might be the reason for the difference you see. Also, for better accuracy you should set the white balance in both cameras manually. You are right about the exposure, the Sony should be overexposed by 1EV to get a correct exposure using my LUTs.

I use colorizer xt-4/xt-3 flog to provia/astia/etc. luts with a7s3. They work nice out of the box. Or one can use resolve's color space transform tool s-log3=>f-log first and then apply these luts. Just love those color. Big applause for mr. @colorizer

I love the Fuji colors!
However, earlier I had a Sony a6300 and I shot almost all my footage with S-Log2 and color graded with Joel Famularo's Phantom LUTs, emulating the ARRI colors. There is just something fantastic, cinematic in those LUTs. Now that I have the X-T4, I still use those LUTs very often, and yes, they work very well with F-Log. Highly recommended!

Hey Pascal, I'm also a Fuji shooter but thinking of adding the Sony a7siii for my video work. I was wondering if you needed to upgrade your computer because of the Sony codecs? I have the 2019 MacBook pro i9 with 32gb rams..and I've been told it may struggle editing videos. Please let me know your thoughts!

My perfect camera is Sony Autofocus and lowlight with Fuji colors, haha. So this might be a good solution

Is there any way I could use these luts for slog3? or any advice in how to get fujifilms color in slog3; I also came from fujifilms xt5 now to sonys fx6 and MISS the color fuji had.

Try film nitrate, it has fuji filmic LUTS and color grading tools, and matches your camera profile. best purchase than buying a buncha LUTS
