The video focuses on the formation of the following coastal features;
1. Headlands and bays
2. Wave cut platforms
3. Caves, Arches, Stacks and Stumps.
For teachers who are wishing to use this video with their geography students you may consider the following strategies once you have uploaded the YouTube link onto Show My Home Work (or alternative homework platform that you use).
1. Identify the core knowledge from this topic.
2. Answer the following exam questions.
1. Identify the different types of coastal landforms (4marks)
2. Explain how headlands and bays are formed (6marks)
3. Explain how a wave cut notch is formed (6marks)
4. Explain how a headland changes over time (6 marks)
