That was good advice! So far, I have learned that I need to jump in with initiative. If there's a trauma coming into the ER, I have found that if you don't run to get IV access, or grab your sheers or whatever you want to get done, it will be done before you know it, and no skill for you, lol. Haven't started internship yet, that's a few months down the road
