This is the first video in a sequence on Cellular Respiration. I define what the process is, and then explain in further detail the stages of Glycolysis (that takes place in the cytoplasm) and The Link Reaction (which takes place in the matrix of the mitochondria and is the preliminary stage leading into Kreb's Cycle) I also outline the principles behind oxidation and reduction in terms of gain and loss of Oxygen, electrons and Hydrogen.
