During a meeting with his defense minister, Russian President Vladimir Putin ordered the Russian military not to storm the Azovstal steel mill, the last Ukrainian stronghold in the port city of Mariupol.

Why is nobody talking about the thing up his sleeve, he has something attached to his forearm. I think it's a self defense weapon. But it's clear as day that his got something on his forearm halfway between his wrist and elbow, like on the top of his arm there, there's an outline of something sticking up and it you watch that area when he moves hid arm to the desk to hold it you can see it, it's probably sf defense in nature, to protect himself if all else fails
