Israel's president has described Iran's drone and missile strikes on Israel as a "declaration of war".

Isaac Herzog told Sky News his country is "considering all options" following Saturday night's attack.

Iran launched the strikes in retaliation for Israel's attack on its consulate in Damascus, Syria, which killed several leading Iranian military figures.

Iran had a legal right to respond in self-defense, according to article 51 of the UN Charter, which is exactly what it did by launching missiles and drone strikes on April 13. But Western governments are absurdly portraying Tehran as the aggressor.
