In the old days, big corporations would build parks and indoor year round youth sports complexs in their factory or HQ communities. Honda in Marysville, Ohio recieved tax abatement and only built a museum to themselves nearby. Rent high no movie theater, no indoor skate rink, no Putt Putt...just bars and booze eateries.
