It is likely a good thing that the SCX-10iii is very limited, it limits the amount of ugly on the trails. Yup, want the hauler, happy to see it without the Snap-On badging; wish it had clear windows.

The only special/limited edition thing I’ve ever bought was the Snap-On 6x6 hauler. Now it may become a shelf queen when I buy the black one.

A couple of us have already got the FMS FCX24 Power Wagons - they are hard body style with painted cabs, full bearings (24!), LEDs up front, and will be getting various upgrade parts available from FMS shortly. Videos are already being posted up - they are surprisingly zippy in 2nd gear! I haven't had a chance to drive mine, but it's so good-looking I'd almost call it worth buying for a shelf-queen. It's my first smaller-than-tenth scale truck, and I'm really happy with it. Regarding limited edition products - I don't like the way companies try to capitalize on people's FOMO to make a buck. It's fine if it's done for a charity, though.

Oh the question of the week is so easy. I really messed up and missed the RIPPER. I actually had everything filled out and was ordering one with blue panels. I was in the process of ordering the ripper and my wife walks in and said she wanted a vanquish rig too so instead I ordered 2 Origins. I figured I would just get one later. Man what a mistake on my part. I literally get sick to my stomach just thinking about it. I was so close. By the way you do an amazing job with the scale news update. I really appreciate what you do.

I'm happy I got the scx24 Betty.
I did want the limited bomber.... but really wasn't worried.
I like having the Betty.
My only real.shelf queen haha.

When I first saw the new loser edition gladiator i thought it was an scx6. then i noticed it was just the $560 gladiator with some wheels/tires, and shocks. Somehow to them that means its worth over $1000. They could have put the straight axles on them and lowered the ride height

As a kid I collected Micro Machines. I saved up and MAIL ORDERED(that’s right kids, I sent a letter and my money to buy them) a special edition Gold Corvette set. I think there were 5 different model year ‘Vettes included along with a display box. I was so proud of it! No idea where they went…

I was thinking about the roll back and that thing is pretty awesome looking..on another thought it wouldn't be that hard I don't think to make the bed go up and down.. a mount a decent electric motor possibly two and a actuator of the right size and i believe you would be in business

Special Edition: 1986 GLHS # 329 out of 500 built. Bought it back in August of 1993. Still have the car and its a blast to drive. Over powered go-cart.

The time I drove 4 hours from Ottawa to Toronto just to get the Tamiya rerelease Mercedes 190E so I can have replica of my 1:1 To this day it is the only shelf queen I ever owned

Special edition ruger Blackhawk .45. Comes with long colt and acp cylinders and is half stainless half black with pearl grips. I guess they only made 300. Didn't know that when I bought it, was just looking for a good wheel .45 and got lucky I guess.

I regret missing out on the “Ripper”. That came out a little bit after I started into RC and I thought you’d have to be an idiot to pay that much money for one. If it came out today, I would buy one.
