I would change as a strict rule, no more body clips! It's 2022 for christ's sake lol and give us clear windows

If I could change anything, it would make class 1 great again! No bobbing/heavily trimmed body's, or shocks through bed, cookie cutter chassis, barely legal bumpers, and full roof racks not just a sheet of metal with holes punched in it.

All of that took the fun out of having a nearly stock truck and instead of being surprised by it doing stuff and being happy about it, you're expecting to do stuff all the time and make it do full on technical things and it doesn't have to be that way. Class 1 should be mindless fun with a heavy scale rig.

Bleutooth tuning integrated to ALL esc is what I would love to see:)

I would love for the rules around licencing be looser so bodies and cosmetic options were essentially unlimited

If I could change one thing about the hobby, it would be that everything has a kit option. Not wanting rid of RTR. I just rather build ALL of mine. Building is the most enjoyable part and running a car I built myself feels better than running an RTR that I just took out of a box. All my RTRs are because they don't come as a kit. Most of what I have, I built.

I would change Horizon Hobby's distribution business plan, and make it so smaller RC shops with actual soul and culture would be able to compete with faceless retailers and Amazon crooks.

I would love to see a standardized battery connector for rcs.

What I would change about the hobby is more places to run. We see public skate parks, BMX tracks, ball diamonds etc, but pretty much no RC parks and more and more places are becoming unfriendly to RCs.

I would honestly change the stigma behind a grown up playing with and spending on a tiny truck. Most people would probably enjoy playing with a basher or crawler, but since "it's a toy" is tied to it, a lot of people miss out. If not that, I would 100% lower prices about 15-20%

I wish everyone could get along a bit better

That’s a tough question, I guess for people to slow down on their reactions about what others are doing. Some are very quick to jump on someone doing it wrong or why a manufacturer did what it did. Not enough of taking oneself out of the equation. Have a good day Josh, thanks!!

More local community involvement is key. We have a huge RC community in the bay area here in Nor Cal. Several large groups from bashing, crawling and drag racing including several well run and organized tracks. Many of us are involved in most of the groups. Ant with RC Norcal and Bay Area RC Bashers is an ambassador to the hobby with a passion for the hobby that is truly infectious!!

The Deadbolt body on the Base Camp platform with the straight axles from the Bronco is what should have been released if anything. I get what they were going for, but they just need to let the 10.2 go.

I wish that Vanquish would have all the parts I am looking for in stock. That’s my wish.😊

I honestly would love some standardisation between brands. Being able to mix and match parts a bit more. Think bicycle style where bb mount standards are same and you can use cranks from any company. This would be nice in Rc, standard bulkhead bolt pattern on a 8th scale buggy, slapping losi bulkhead on associated chassis etc.
This would also help small companies make one specific product but make it good.
It does happen quite a bit in crawler world which is great, just need to continue In other branches of rc. small manufacturers making high quality very specific parts and turning profit since they do fit on many, often competing, brands of cars.

This would also help future proof some trucks more and get people more confident to buy less known brands as they would know they can always bolt name brand parts if something goes wrong.

The one thing I would change in RC is that it would be legal in all state parks. A year ago I lived in the San Jose and Santa Cruz areas for a few years and I cannot tell you how many times the Ranger came and asked us to leave with no real reason to do so. I'm sure there are a lot of areas like that. I now live in the northern Sacramento area snd noticed it is less of a a issue at most parks, but still a thing. You can't really be any more reckless with a RC, as you could with a motorized mtn bike or a un-trained dog or anything else you could take to a park, so I really don't see a difference.

I would like to change how everyone has to be better then the other and got to one up the next. I hate how people are afraid the other one going to judge them for having cheaper no named parts. This hobby has been really great for my Anxiety and depression.
