The woman who got caught peeing in a cup was at Disneyland/Disney World. She did it right in the middle of a busy street/walkway. People were highly uncomfortable and staff decided to take the appropriate measures.

It's amazing how Surgeons and Doctors (before and after the pandemic started) can wear masks for hours without harming their neurological and respiratory systems but Karen over here is going to melt if she has to wear one to shop for a half hour. Oh and it's a private business they have the right to refuse service.
