I love norse mythology. It doesn't try and pretend it's gods and heroes are perfect. It just tells their tales and let's you interpret the moral of the story for yourself.

I like that Thor is a three dimension deity, not the typical noble and just good guy that everybody adores. His intentions are family oriented, however he is no stranger to rage and has a very hot temper. Norse Thor is a very interesting character, thanks for the great video!

Thor dressing up as a woman, pretending to marry the guy so he can get his hammer back, then killing them all for stealing it in the first place. I always loved that story of Thor lol.

Another thing: Thor was one of the only gods who stood up for, and protected the inhabitants of Midgard (Earth). He is one interesting Deity.

Really learned some things about Thor I didn't know. After Loki, he's my favorite Norse God.

Only in the Marvel comics did we see Mjolnir couldn't be used by the unworthy and had been destroyed by Hela. The Norse myth showed many time that the said hammer can be taken by anyone. I am still amazed and puzzled how a giant could have entered Thor's bedroom and stolen Mjolnir while it is under the bed where Thor's sleeping.

I think the tradition of Thunor still lives in England. I remember when I was six, during thunder storms, my father, who was a farmer, telling me that the thunder and lightning was Thor fighting the giants with his hammer and, that the resulting lightning and rain made the wheat grow. I believed every word and how magical it was
