🩹⛑️Leukotape instead of bandaids to prevent and treat blisters. Wrap around your lighter a few times to save space. I kept the same pieces on my heels for a four day trek 😂. If it’s an open blister I put a small piece of tissue over the wound first.

🔦🔋Portable charger: Anker 20000 mAh. Headlamp: Amazon Kidecce 2 pack headlamp (these are $25CAD and so bright!) even on a short trip I bring these because the cold kills battery life.

🧤📱Touchscreen gloves: Baffin Glove Liners - these actually work unlike some I’ve tried

I was a big game guide that climbed mnts and walked many miles aday. Climbing mnts was hard on feet, a tip I used duct tape, I would put duct tape on different areas of my foot that way I never dealt with blisters. Dont wait for a blisters think ahead

i see u carry a small power bank - a tip for u. Get one that has a Solar panel on it and put it on top of your back pack while hiking. secured of course under netting. Free power ! Good vids.

How cold are winters where u live if your fingers wont freeze with those thin ah gloves. i have to use something like skiing gloves if i dont want to freeze my fingers. Here in finland we have like from -10c to -30c
