Wish the hosts would have asked Keller how he reconciles Mike Bush's condition-based maintenance philosophy (don't overhaul based on the engine manufacturer's TBO alone) with the loan qualification that everything is below TBO at purchase time. There are a lot of older Continentals with clean borescope exams that still have a few 100-hour Summers in them but might be at 17-1800 hours.
